EDIT: Yes, people. He IS purple. Or rather, a purple-hued red (aka Mahogany). My monitor is very spiffy and new and expensive, and I did the color test and I see every single bloody shade. It really blew me away lol. Anywho, he is accurate by MY account, but since we all have different monitors, he may look slightly more... Purple to you.

Build: One word: tank. He has a gorgeous head and fine-tipped ears, but his muscle's muscles have muscles, who probably have pet muscles of their own. Seriously, this guy just bulges out like the Incredible Hulk on steroids. His legs are flimsy and thin, but somehow just make him all the prettier.

BCC knew of Poseidon due to the waves he made as a 2yo, but we only really began studying him when he trounced our champion sprint filly, Dark Ember, in the GII Woody Stephens when they were three-year-olds. No one could challenge our girl, and yet he did in that race and then again in the BC Sprint.

At that moment, we knew we had to have him in our stables, so we purchased him the morning after the Sprint. He trained in BCC blue for roughly a month before fracturing his front left cannon bone in a morning workout, thus ending his career rather suddenly.

No matter, for though he himself never got the chance to race in the famous BCC silks, his babies will.
